The Red Onion has been part of Aspen's night life since 1892. And after its recent reopening in 2010 the restaurant has reclaimed its fame as one of the most happening après ski spots in town. The Red Onion provides cozy family friendly atmosphere, great menu options and 5 hours of happy hour every day - from 3pm to 6pm and 10pm to midnight. For entertainment there is live music band from 4pm to 6pm every weekend.
The Oasis is one-of-a-kind après ski experience. It's the world's only pop up champagne and caviar bar. Every spring once the weather gets warmer the Oasis opens up somewhere on Aspen Mountain with a different location every weekend. The clues to where the bar's secret location are published on The Little Nell's twitter and facebook accounts.  The Oasis is truly one of the most fun ways of experiencing après ski with its unbeatable views and super fun atmosphere.
Newly remodeled for the 2015/16 ski season, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro is a legend in Aspen. Yelpers love it for it's party atmosphere. Aspen/Snowmass's official website says the legend is due to that atmosphere, which they call the most boisterous après ski scene on any mountain in North America. "Lunch service feels like a slice of Switzerland in the Rocky Mountains," it says, "with layered helpings of fondue and raclette as well as steak tartare, caviar and delectable daily specials. The wine list includes an ever-changing array of international varieties and fine Champagne. For dessert: strudel, anyone? As everyone’s attention shifts from lunch to après ski, things really kick into high gear. On sunny days, the south-facing deck at Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro regularly plays host to ski-boot dance parties that just happen, as flutes of Champagne, glasses of fine wine and a bevy of cocktails create a jovial atmosphere."
